Jailer
Mercer County houses inmates in Boyle County and Woodford County. The Jailer does maintain an office which is located in the Mercer County Courthouse.
The Mercer County Jailer has custody in the responsibility of transporting prisoners to the Jail as well as to and from judicial court sessions. He is responsible for booking and preparing jail bonds and must prepare all paperwork and reports for the office.
