Commonwealth Attorney

The Commonwealth Attorney is responsible for assisting victims, law enforcement and the general public in the prosecution of felony cases. The 50th Judicial District includes Mercer and Boyle Counties. Mr. Bottoms has served as Commonwealth Attorney for the 50th Judicial District since August, 2000.
